A Launchpad for your Game Studio

Game Startup Lab is a friendly but focused program for regional game developers who want to take their project to the next level. Over four months, you’ll get hands-on support to develop your business idea, build your team, understand the market, and prepare for future funding.

The program is organised by East Sweden Game with support from Swedbank and Sparbanksstiftelsen Alfa, and features guest speakers from the Swedish and international games industry.

Game developers from across Östergötland are welcome to apply. The program runs from November 2025 to February 2026 and concludes with a Demo Day, where participants present their games and business ideas to publishers and investors.

The program is free of charge, but spots are limited — so take your time to fill out your application carefully.
